be happY! =)

how to be happy?
  • relax - don't take yourself too seriously. laughter is a powerful and positive medicine.
  • smile - if you smile and force a little laugh, you will feel your mood lighten
  • take the good with the bad - we cannot change the past, but we can enjoy today, and look for the future
  • be thankful - we must be grateful of what we have
  • be yourself - learn to be your own best friend by being completely honest with yourself
  • pursue goals that make you happy - strive for long term goal rather than short term satisfaction
  • develop healthy relationship - with your family, friends and loved ones
  • make someone else happy - the happiest days of our lives is when we see the smile on the face of a person who we care about
